The Office for Institutional Equity is responsible for investigating student sexual misconduct issues. This includes producing an annual report on student sexual misconduct.

OIE is also responsible for investigating sexual and gender-based misconduct issues involving faculty, staff, and third parties. Beginning in fiscal year 2018, OIE produces an annual report on these issues.
